Thrown out of the Bar and kicked out of his parents' home, young Dave, a rugged, trigger-happy fellow, takes a job working in his Uncle Aldo's plumbing business. Set in a small village, together with his two employees, Pete and Alexis, they will soon comprise a brotherhood with which he will evolve.

The plumbing company is responsible for most of the small town's commercial contracts: schools, municipal swimming pool, shopping center and library - contracts that are jeopardized by Turcotte, a haughty municipal councillor who seeks to undermine the plumbers for personal reasons. At the same time, Dave falls in love with Clémence, the fierce owner of Le Drain, the local tavern where everything is picked up...

One day, as he finishes his work at the local library, a copy of Alexandre Dumas' The Three Musketeers catches his eye. As he reads the adventure of d'Artagnan, newly arrived in Paris to tempt his luck, he recognizes himself in the Gascon, matching both their backgrounds. Athos' seriousness reminds him of Aldo's silence, Porthos' good-naturedness of Pete's childishness. Likewise, the seductive Aramis and Alexis blend easily into his imagination. He'll even see in Turcotte, a frustrated enemy of limited stature, the grandiose panache and sense of machination of Cardinal de Richelieu. Clémence will take on the features of Constance Bonacieux, which won't help Dave seduce her.

Borrowing from object theater and rock opera, clowning and epic storytelling, Les Trois Mousquetaires Plomberie is a fast-paced escape into the imagination of its main character, Dave.
