Born of the desire to explore and appropriate the codes of a traditional "Western," yet pushing the limits of a physical theater where the actors' bodies are at the center of the action, Tréteau(x) transports us to a universe where the unsettling and the playful rub shoulders and court each other. Three characters, their fates intertwined, are drawn into a desperate hunt on the edge of Canada's Far North - where the wilderness rules. Awe-inspiring landscapes, twisted characters, merciless wildlife... all played out with no sets, no costume changes, no props, by three actors perched on a tiny stage barely a metre square, from which they never leave.
